This Privacy Policy explains how CryptoCoinProp ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use CryptoCoinProp.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, country of residence, password (stored only as a salted hash), terms acceptance and email verification status.
- Identity verification data: date of birth, nationality, residential address, identity document type and number, images of your identity document, a selfie and a proof of address.
- Payment and payout data: payment, refund and payout identifiers, amounts, currencies and statuses from our payment processor, NOWPayments, and the USDT wallet addresses and networks you nominate to receive payouts and refunds. We never receive your card details, wallet credentials or private keys.
- Trading data: orders, positions, balances, rule events and account history in the simulated environment.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and security logs of sign-ins and account actions.
- Newsletter data: if you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address, the time and wording of your consent, the page and IP address you subscribed from, and how often you downloaded the free e-book.
2. How we use it
- to create and secure your account, including email verification and preventing duplicate or fraudulent profiles;
- to run programs, apply the trading rules and calculate payouts;
- to process fees, refunds and payouts through our payment processor, NOWPayments;
- to verify your identity and meet anti-money-laundering, sanctions and fraud-prevention obligations;
- to send service emails, such as verification links, payment confirmations and payout updates;
- to send the newsletter and the free e-book you asked for, only after you confirm your subscription from the email we send; every newsletter has a link to unsubscribe;
- to keep an audit trail of important actions and to investigate breaches of our Terms.
3. Legal bases
We process data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations (for example identity checks), and for our legitimate interests in securing and improving the Services. Where consent is required we ask for it, and you may withdraw it at any time.
4. Sharing
We share personal data only with:
- NOWPayments, our payment processor, to process crypto fee payments and to send refunds and payouts to the wallet addresses you nominate;
- our hosting, email and infrastructure providers, under contracts that protect your data;
- professional advisers, auditors and authorities where required by law or to establish or defend legal claims.
We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where they do, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
6. Retention
Account and trading records are kept while your profile is open and for up to five years after it closes. Identity verification data is kept for as long as anti-money-laundering rules require, usually five years after the end of the relationship. Security logs are kept for a shorter period unless needed for an investigation. A newsletter subscription is kept until you unsubscribe; after that we keep only the record of your consent and unsubscription, so we never email you again by mistake.
7. Security
Identity documents are stored outside any public web address and are available only to you and to authorised staff through permission-checked access. Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted in production and access to personal data is logged.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to a data protection authority. 9. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms against cross-site request forgery and remember your theme. We do not use advertising cookies.
